The Rehab Room sports therapy, are sports rehabilitation and sports massage specialists, providing an extensive range of services from our clinic conveniently located for clients in Torbay and surrounding areas.
Throughout the treatment of minor conditions such as office related aches and pains, general day-to-day stresses and strains, to more complex tears, ruptures, fractures and sport / non sport related injuries, our team guide our clients every step of the way back to pain free functional movement and recovery.
The Rehab Room team aim to deliver an exceptional and friendly service, through our professional therapists who understand and really care about our clients. We provide expert diagnosis for troublesome issues with muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, joints, and many pathology conditions. Through on-hand treatment, ultra-sound and tailored rehabilitation plans, we can get you back to health.
Sports injuries often present unique challenges, and sometime this includes the need for an expedited recovery process. Through manipulation of soft tissue, we can often vastly improve speedy recovery of sports injuries, and help prevent a recurrence in the future.
Our highly qualified team have a wide range of experience, and come from a variety of fitness backgrounds including children’s fitness, water based fitness, personal training amongst many others. Plenty of experience from working within sports clubs such as football, rugby and many more.

- First initial appointment – £30.00 – Full Assessment and 30 minute treatment – Total around 45-60 minutes
- First initial appointment – £45.00 – Full Assessment and 60 minute treatment – Total around 80-90 minutes
- Follow up 30 minute treatment – £25.00 – Total around 45 minutes
- Follow up 60 minute treatment – £40.00 – total around 80 minutes
- Ultra-sound or Kinsesiology Taping – £10.00 a session
- Sports massage – £25.00 – 30 minutes
- Sports massage – £40.00 – 60 minutes
- Sports massage – £ 60.00 – 90 minutes
